-Use the stairwell to reach the second floor (approximately 15 stairs; no elevator)
-Enter the interior hallway, turn left, and Unit 10 will be the first door on the left

- Care for the home: Please treat our home and the shared condominium spaces with care and respect. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a low level, particularly during nighttime hours.

- Fireplace: If using the fireplace, please follow the instructions provided in the home and never leave a fire unattended.

-Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor dumpster.

-No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property.

-No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.

- No Parties are allowed or a $500 additional cleaning fee will apply.

- Please: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.

-Damage Policy: Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $750, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded.)

-Starter Pack: Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

-Grill Use: Please do not move the grill and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Kindly clean the grill after each use. If propane runs out, please contact Ohana customer service for a replacement.

- Checking out: Before checking out, please leave the home tidy, add dishes to the dishwasher and start a cycle and make sure doors and windows are secured.
