Just a 10-minute drive from the lagoon and the centre of Saint-Leu, enjoy a prime location from which to explore the west of Réunion whilst staying in a setting with a 180° panoramic view.

The various rooms in the house are spread over two floors.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- A bright 35 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area, opening onto a lovely terrace.
- A fully fitted kitchen with a central island, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Cookeo, rice cooker…
- A master suite with a king-size bed (180×200), a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

On level -1, you will find:
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200), offering sea views and direct access to the terrace/swimming pool

Activities:
- Paragliding, hiking, surfing and beaches just 15 minutes away.
- Nearby: explore the island with visits to the Stella Museum, Kélonia and the botanical gardens.
- Quick access to the Route des Tamarins (5 minutes away) to set off and discover the island’s wild side.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (1 vehicle); there is free parking nearby.

- There is a bus stop serving Saint-Leu right outside the house.
