The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and consist of:
- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed;
- 2 full bathrooms (toilet, bidet, shower, and sink), one on the ground floor and one on the first floor;
- Living area on the ground floor with a double sofa bed;
- Fully equipped kitchen with:
- Gas stove;
- Refrigerator;
- Oven;
- Kettle;
- Coffee maker.
- Small laundry room with a sink.

Access to the first floor is from the living room via a spiral staircase that leads directly to the double bedroom, or from the outside using one of the two staircases located along the east and west facades of the apartment, with access to the floor through the French window of the bedroom.

The apartment is equipped with:
- Radiator heating;
- Air conditioning in both bedrooms.
- Free Wi-Fi.

Outside, guests can enjoy a portion of oak woodland surrounding the rear of the property and a lake-view olive garden with an outdoor dining area and barbecue, perfect for leisurely breakfasts and summer dinners.

From every corner of the accommodation, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the small island of Loreto, the lakeside villages of Lake Iseo, and, in the background, the Brescia and Bergamo Alps.

Oasi delle Querce is a welcoming and spacious home, ideal for families, couples, and small groups who want to experience Monte Isola authentically, surrounded by nature, the lake, and tranquility.
Guests have access to all areas of the property and the outdoor areas (garden, olive grove, barbecue and dining area, and woodland behind it).

Pets are welcome and can enjoy the outdoor spaces in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. Since the property is not fenced and the boundaries are open, we recommend keeping them under constant surveillance for their safety.

Access is via the gate located along the road from Siviano towards Olzano and down the private driveway (lit at night).

The road is usually quiet and is located above the property, making it a very quiet location, perfect for those seeking relaxation and a rejuvenating holiday.

Oasi delle Querce is an ancient building formerly used as a shelter for pets and a barn, and was completely renovated in the second half of the 2000s. The building strikes a perfect balance between past and present, combining ancient local stone walls with modern comforts for a unique and evocative stay.
