The sleeping area is located on a raised platform and separated from the living room by an elegant glass partition with a real sliding door, creating two distinct living spaces. It features a 140 × 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe.
The living room features a green velvet corner sofa bed (122 × 200 cm), providing additional sleeping space.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to easily prepare meals during your stay.
The bathroom is particularly comfortable for a Parisian studio, with a glass-enclosed shower and enough space to move easily between the sink, shower and toilet - something rarely found in small Paris apartments.
Although it is located in the very heart of Paris, the courtyard setting offers an exceptionally quiet atmosphere. The studio is located on a very quiet street, just a few minutes’ walk from Gare du Nord, Gare de l’Est and the lively 9th arrondissement, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport options nearby.
