Welcome to Apartment Seven at Pelican House — a quirky, light and airy first-floor apartment in central Bournemouth, just minutes from the beach, cafés, restaurants and shops.
The apartment has a comfortable king-size bedroom and a cosy living area with plenty of natural light, creating a relaxed and welcoming space to come back to after a day by the coast.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, along with a bar-height dining table and stools for two — ideal for easy breakfasts, casual meals or morning coffee.
For evenings in, there’s a 50" Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, while the modern bathroom has a rainfall shower and soft towels.
Apartment Seven sleeps two guests in the king-size bedroom as standard. The sofa bed can accommodate up to two additional guests for an extra charge of £20 per person, per night.
A travel cot and highchair are also available free of charge on request.
Guests staying in Apartment Seven also benefit from complimentary access to a nearby off-site gym and spa, approximately an eight-minute walk from Pelican House. Facilities include a gym, 20-metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room and bubble pool, with spa treatments also available to book separately.
Limited on-site parking is available for £10 per night and must be booked in advance. A large public car park is approximately a five-minute walk away, with street parking also available nearby.
