The well-positioned bathroom serves the unit efficiently.



To maintain a pleasant indoor temperature year-round, the unit is equipped with reliable air conditioning, and stable WiFi is accessible throughout the property. The kitchen is fully prepared for daily cooking and includes a dishwasher for effortless cleanup. For added everyday convenience, a private washing machine and dryer are located right inside the flat, making it highly functional for stays of any length.

This central hub features a large shopping center, various independent cafes, and everyday services to comfortably meet all your daily requirements without needing a vehicle.



Getting Around:

Traveling to and from the property is highly straightforward. A major advantage of this unit is the inclusion of a dedicated on-site parking space, removing the stress of finding street parking for your vehicle. If you prefer to rely on public transportation, a stop for the free central city bus network is located just a one-minute walk from the front door, providing quick and cost-free transit directly into the heart of the city. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- until 10 am.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- Visitors are not allowed overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.
