2 bedroom fully equipped with Queen -size bed in Bedroom 1 and Double bed in patio area both with hotel standard fresh white linen.
Well equipped kitchen with all modern amenities.
Washer/dryer ,dishwasher, microwave, oven and cook top, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee machine also plunger.
We supply complimentary tea ,coffee,sugar to start you on your way.
Smart TV with Netflix and apps.
Free unlimited Wi-Fi.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests and our neighbours, please follow these house rules:
1. Noise: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
2. Parties & Gatherings: Parties and unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gathering may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
3. Smoking & Recreational Drugs: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. The use of recreational drugs is also prohibited on the property. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by smoking will incur a $200 fee.
4. Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
5. Cleaning: Please leave the property in a reasonable condition. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
6. Damage, Spills & Stains: Please report any damage, spills or stains as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repair or replacement.
