PETS: Pets are welcome at Claireville by arrangement. A pet fee applies per stay, pets are welcome both indoors and outdoors, and we ask that pets stay off the furniture and any droppings are collected before checkout.

CAMERAS: Please be advised that the property features two external security cameras, located on the front veranda and the rear exterior wall of the garage. These have been fitted around the property exterior.

STAIRS: Claireville is a split-level home with a short internal staircase leading from the living area up to both bedrooms.
