Lawn Care/Snow Removal: Professional landscapers maintain our property on a scheduled basis. While their visits are brief, they may occasionally occur during your stay.

Air Conditioning: The home is equipped with air conditioning for guest comfort. To ensure the system operates properly, the thermostat should not be set below 72°F. Please note that during periods of extreme heat, indoor temperatures may temporarily exceed 72°F, particularly during the warmest parts of the day. On especially hot days, we recommend keeping the shades closed during the daytime to help keep the home cool and comfortable.

Beach Passes: Our beach passes gain you parking at Wuskenau Beach, "New Town Beach" located on Atlantic Avenue and adjacent to Misquamicut State Beach. There are 3 parking lots to choose from: 308, 311 and 316 Atlantic Ave.
