Spacious 340 m² Reykjavík Home with Stunning Views, Gym & Family Garden
Welcome to our bright and spacious 340 m² family home in peaceful Húsahverfi, Grafarvogur, Reykjavík. Built into a hillside, the house offers a beautiful sense of space, privacy, and elevation, with stunning views over Reykjavík, the mountains, and the surrounding landscape.
The home is filled with natural light, with large windows throughout and spacious balconies where guests can enjoy the spectacular view. It is especially memorable on New Year’s Eve, when the city lights up with fireworks and the view from the house becomes truly unforgettable.
Inside, the house offers generous living space for families. The large open-floor living room is bright, comfortable, and welcoming, with plenty of room to relax together after a day of exploring Reykjavík or Iceland’s natural attractions.
The house has 4 bedrooms. Guests enter on the ground floor into a large entrance hall with a beautiful staircase leading to the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom furnished as both an office and guest room, with two large windows, making it ideal for remote work or extra sleeping space. There is also a guest bathroom with a shower.
A major highlight of the home is the fully equipped 35 m² private gym, complete with a treadmill, weights, and a yoga area. It is perfect for guests who want to stay active during their trip.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, a kitchen with a laundry room connected to it, and a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. The laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, and drying lines, making the home very convenient for families and longer stays.
