Costa Esmeralda beach is famous for being wide, safe, and much more private than neighboring areas. It is the ideal spot for large groups to enjoy the sun, play on the sand, or simply disconnect from the city noise in a high-end residential setting.

House Rules: To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors, parties and loud music are strictly prohibited from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We are pet-friendly! Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee to maintain our high hygiene standards. Please note that a cleaning fee applies for the use of the BBQ grill.

Important Note for Groups Larger Than 16:
The base price shown covers up to 16 guests. We can accommodate up to 25 guests maximum, with an additional fee of $15 per person, per night for each extra guest.
