The Space:

Introducing Carnegie Penthouse, an extraordinary 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom duplex penthouse with sweeping Central Park views from one of Fifth Avenue's distinguished pre-war condominiums. Encompassing approximately 4,400 square feet indoors and 2,200 square feet of private terraces, this exceptional residence offers an inviting setting for outdoor dining, entertaining, and sunset views across the park, complete with an outdoor shower. Private keyed elevator access opens directly onto both levels, where more than 83 feet of park-facing windows flood the home with natural light. Central Park views can be enjoyed from the living room and bedrooms, creating a stunning backdrop throughout the home. The expansive layout also includes a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen with Wolf, Miele, and Sub-Zero appliances, a library with a wood-burning fireplace, a laundry room, and a home theater setup with a large screen and projector in the living room.







Meticulously restored to preserve its original Emery Roth architecture, the home pairs classic pre-war craftsmanship with modern comforts, including Lutron lighting and temperature controls, noise-reducing insulated windows, and a Sonos sound system extending throughout every room and outdoor space. The primary bathroom is distinguished by hand-painted gold-leaf detailing and a custom Italian sink, while the additional bathrooms feature premium fixtures and finishes. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



Please note that weekly mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request with our partner for an additional $250 fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to them directly.



For security purposes, exterior cameras are located on the outdoor terrace.



Please note that the owner’s representative will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and will assist with check-in.



All interior spaces are fully available for your stay. Please note that access to the front terrace is currently limited and is expected to be fully restored in September.

Stays of 30 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent







For stays of 30 nights or longer, security deposits must be paid directly to the owner via bank transfer.
