A $500 extra cleaning fee will be charged for any violations of these rules.

(1) All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
(2) All guests must provide an ID.
(3) A $300 refundable security deposit will be automatically collected 2 days before check-in and automatically refunded after check-out, provided no issues are reported. A fee of 2% of the deposit amount applies.
