Enjoy a comfortable and stylish stay in this updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home located in a peaceful suburban neighborhood in the south Denver suburbs.
The main floor offers open living and dining spaces with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Comfortable seating and a large smart TV in the living room make it easy to relax after a day out. The kitchen is well-equipped with the essentials for preparing meals, including granite surfaces, stainless steel appliances, and basic cookware and utensils. A living room, half bath, laundry, and access to the upper deck are conveniently located on a level below.
Upstairs you’ll find a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom that includes both a soaking tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third room is set up as a dedicated office/workspace and includes a high-quality air mattress that can comfortably accommodate additional guests. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with a tub, toilet, and shower that serves the guest rooms.
All TVs include Firesticks so you can watch your favorite shows and movies. Outside, the private backyard includes a two-story deck, hot tub, and gas grill—ideal for evenings outdoors. Keyless entry is provided. Plenty of free driveway and off-street parking is available. Please note that garage parking is not available for guests.

The house was fine for our needs. We liked having an office, as it gave us multiple work spaces, and the location was close to family. However, there are a number of worn down elements in need of fixing. The dishwasher leans whenever you open the door. The refrigerator door barely holds its seal. The pots and pans are all old and scratched and will leech metals into your food, so we didn’t use any of them. The front door is difficult to open. The sheets are like sandpaper, which is a shame because the primary bed was comfortable. Lights are all set via Amazon echo devices throughout the house. Needing a multiple page instruction manual to know how to turn lights on and off means you have over complicated such a basic thing.Finally, I’ve never stayed at a house where we didn’t have access to the garage. It snowed while we were there, so it was inconvenient to have to park in the driveway and clean off the car before leaving.Having said all of that, communication with the owner was prompt and easy.
