🚗 Parking Access

Motorbike parking is available inside the building on levels 1–4 (ride up the on-ramp on the right side), roughly 4,000 VND per entry or 10,000 VND overnight. Car parking isn't available on-site, but there's a paid parking lot directly across the road. Message us if you need help arranging a spot.



The Neighborhood:

- Central District 1 location on Cô Giang, walking distance to most of what you need.



- Convenience stores, a supermarket and a pharmacy all within a few minutes' walk.



- Local street food stalls right around the corner, good for cheap authentic breakfast.



- Cafés and casual restaurants lining the same street.



- District 1's nightlife strip is a short walk away.

Getting Around:

- Grab (ride-hailing app, like Uber) is the easiest way around, priced up front with no negotiation. Also does food delivery.



- Taxi meters work fine too, stick to Vinasun or Mai Linh.



- From the airport it's roughly 25 to 40 minutes by car.

- The neighborhood itself is walkable, nothing local needs a taxi.



- Bike and car parking available on site, ask the front desk for current rates.

A few things to know before you book:



- Guest registration is required by Vietnamese law. All guests must register with a valid passport/ID and visa, we'll ask you to send photos before arrival. This isn't optional and fines apply for non-compliance.



- Smoking is allowed on the balcony only, not indoors.



- Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM, no parties or loud music.



- Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee if you need flexibility, just message us.



- Luggage storage is available nearby after check-out if your flight is later in the day.



- Full house rules and any applicable fees are shared with you after booking.
