About this apartment rental
Welcome to our newly acquired and beautifully decorated condo at Kona Magic Sands condo complex which is located just a few minutes from downtown Kona, and about 20 minutes south of the Kona International Airport and best of all, just steps away from Magic Sands Beach.
This small oceanfront condominium complex has an outdoor pool, propane BBQ, onsite laundry facilities, Magics Beach Grill restaurant, as well as a coffee shop for a convenient pick me up in the mornings.
Kona Magic Sands Condos are centrally located but have a bit less of the tourist crush of downtown Kona. A rental car is recommended for touring about but there is also an open-air trolley that can take you downtown if you choose not to rent a car.
This spacious 660 sq ft. unit has a fully equipped view-oriented kitchen with a large refrigerator / freezer, a microwave that is also a convection oven, and a 2 burner stove. The living room has sliding glass doors that open to the ocean, where Whales, Dolphins, Green Turtles and a myriad of colorful fish can be seen most days. The bathroom has a dressing table cabinet, a vanity with ample drawer space along with a full-size tub & shower.
The condo comes with bed linens, beach towels, and bathroom and kitchen towels and wash cloths.
There is a new modern split air conditioning system with one unit in the kitchen and one in the bedroom.
Keauhou Shopping Center is 3 miles south on Alli Drive. There is a KTA Grocery Store, Pizza Parlor, Longs Drugstore etc.
You will fall in love with Kona Magic Sands 314. It is truly Magic.....

The view of ocean, sunset, yellow tangs in the waves is amazing. Close to town to shop or eat and beaches to snorkle and swim . Equipped with all needed for a great stay. Restaurant on property has beach view and great food. Kitchen fully stocked so no need to hurry out for breakfast. This is our 3rd visit and not our last!

We’ve stayed at multiple units in Magic Sands and this one is by far the largest. It is nicely furnished and well stocked. AC worked great and bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was magical, just like the name. The air conditioning was a blessing; we loved the roar of the ocean and the magnificent views. Thanks for installing better lighting in the stairwells. It really helped our predawn departure. Hope to stay with you again!
