Check-In / Check-Out

* Check-in: 3 PM contact for early
* Check-out: 11 AM contact if need late
* Self check-in via [smart lock] code given at exact check in time

Please make sure all doors are locked upon departure. Shed not included in rental property

Parking

Please park in the designated parking area only. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or neighboring properties. Garage access limited to allow for home gym.

House Rules

* No parties/events/ gatherings allowed unless approved prior to booking
* This is a quiet residential area. Excessive noise is not permitted. Neighbors may contact authorities if disturbances occur, which may result in immediate termination of your stay
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
* No smoking inside the home
* Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette waste properly
* Only registered guests are allowed on the property !!
* Shed consisted sapsrate private property please avoid
* Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered guests, unapproved visitors, and third-party bookings are strictly prohibited. All guests (including children and infants) must be accurately listed on the reservation at the time of booking. Any unregistered visitors or additional guests not on the booking will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

## Steam Shower

The steam shower is available for guest use but must be used responsibly. Do not adjust settings simply power on and off

* Maximum use: 20 minutes per session
* Use at your own risk
*Hydrate
* Do not use if you have medical conditions affected by heat without consulting a physician
* Children must be supervised at all times
* Allow the unit to cool and ventilate after use (turn on fan no longer than 20 mins)

Garage Gym

The garage gym is available for guest use.

* Use all equipment at your own risk
* Please clean and return equipment after use
* Proper footwear is recommended
* No rough or unsafe use of equipment
*Hydrate

Check-Out Instructions

Before leaving:

* Dispose of all trash in designated bins
* hand Wash dishes/load dishwasher but DO NOT TURN ON owner will handle thank you
* Turn off lights, appliances
* Return remotes/lock and ensure the home is secured
