A large, screened porch on the lake side of the house offers beautiful views throughout the day with wonderful sunsets through abundant mature growth hemlock trees along the shore. The dock with lake side deck is the launch point for swimming, water games, or cruising the lake on two kayaks or a canoe. Fern Lake has gorgeous views of the Green Mountains to the east and north. A wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle, this newly built home on 9 wooded acres is a great place to call homebase with plentiful water activities and nature walks on site and abundant recreational opportunities in the area whatever the season. You can park your car in the garage and walk right into the house.
