The worse booking.com or hotel I have ever experienced. Please change addvertiding to reflect the truth!

This property was advertised as a room in star casino. This is a scam and incorrect advertising. This property set is worse than air bnb, actually airbnb are 10 times better than this. You need to change your advertising to reflect the truth.

You have to pick keys from a convenience store 5 minutes from apartment. You advertise parking but you have to $80 a day. The elevator swipe key was in a flimsy rubber case and fell out and lost. There is no person on site to help, you speak to someone on phone and the cleaner had to come to lobby to get spare key which cost me $100. 1/3 of toilet roll left for 3 days. The whole set up is a scam as there were other people complaining at the Avanti lobby in the same situation as us. I would recommend this apartment or company to anyone.
