Everything was great.....location, access, presentation, cleanliness, bed comfort, great supply of linen, kitchenware
Would be helpful to have more pictures and plants etc to create an acoustic effect, as due to the open plan design, the living area echoes. Cigarette butts in the front garden

The online check in and digital keycard that you add to your Apple wallet was something different, but worked very well! Whenever I had any questions or issues the phone number used was answered and they were very helpful. Amazing brand new apartment, we were so comfortable during our stay! We stayed here was it was close to the entertainment centre.
The only negative was the sound of footsteps from the apartment above during the night. But that’s apartment living! So just something to consider as it did keep us awake.

The property was in a great location, and was very modern. The gift basket was a lovely touch
The property was clearly still undergoing works, there was blue masking tape that highlighted all the areas within the apartment that needed attention which was a bit disappointing. The whole apartment had modern industrial feel but could have used a more additions like a rug in the living room, the floor was very cold and a TV in the bedroom. There was also quite a big gap in the shower door that allowed water through.
