Villa Timi provides absolutely everything you need for a perfect stay. The property is completely secure with private gated parking, and everything inside is brand new and spotlessly clean, including the fresh laundry. We didn’t get the time to use the barbecue and pizza maker, but the highlight was definitely the incredible infinity pool with its breathtaking city and mountain views. Our host, Kujtim, was wonderful and incredibly welcoming. He even brought us some freshly picked figs, which was such a sweet and generous gesture. We highly recommend this villa.
The villa feels incredibly safe, though guests should be aware that there are CCTV cameras positioned around almost every corner of the building. Also, it’s worth noting that the owner’s private quarters are accessed via an underground entrance from within the villa itself.

It is an amazing property, beautifully furnished and well kitted out. The host met us at the villa and showed us round. The bedrooms are well proportioned and the whole house is very clean. The pool is stunning with nice views into the mountains across the valley. The out door BBQ and pizza oven were a bonus. Everything is new and in perfect condition.
It is a bit remote from any shops / restaurants but only 25mins from the airport. The host offered pick up / drop off service all the way into Tirana if needed.
