The house is very spacious. All the rooms are big. The beds are big. The staff were extremely polite and very supportive. The pool has a very good size for a family of four. The location is fairly remote from Ubud centre, but in our case this is huge plus. It a quiet neighbourhood, with a small market, laundry, and few warungs around the corner. Air conditions in both bedrooms and in the kitchen.
The house lacked basic kitchen items—you cannot expect to host three or four people and provide only two drinking glasses. The support was mostly reactive rather than proactive. Instead of the staff checking everyday essentials and replenishing missing items, guests had to identify what was missing and request it.
The Wi-Fi coverage was fair, but the signal was not consistent throughout the villa. Speed was good.
Also, be aware that the living room is connected through inside stairs on an open-air area (between the two bedrooms on the upper floor). The living room has a ceiling fan rather than air conditioning. On days with high temperatures and humidity, the fan might not be enough, although it was sufficient during our stay.
Construction is ongoing on few villas down the road, so it can get a bit noisy during the day. Additionally, because of the house’s open design, insects and bugs can get inside the living areas (but this is common in Bali).

A beautifully designed villa with an exceptional level of attention to detail. The finishes, furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout the property are of a very high standard. The plunge pool, inviting outdoor seating areas, comfortable conversation couch, beautiful artwork, and enormous bathtub were particular highlights.
The villa strikes a lovely balance between contemporary luxury and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. There is also a convenient market just a short distance from the entrance.
What stood out equally was the hospitality. The staff were attentive and accommodating, promptly arranging additional towels and helping with a special request. For a property welcoming its first guests, the experience was impressive. It’s clear that considerable thought and care have gone into creating this space.
There was very little to fault. As one of the property’s first guests, a few minor practical details were still being refined, such as having sufficient extra towels available. However, the staff addressed our requests promptly and graciously. Nothing detracted meaningfully from the overall experience.

Beautiful new villa, really spacious with a great sunken lounge surrounded by rice fields. Peaceful location, only 12 minutes to Ubud centre and 6 minutes to Omma Day Club and the waterfalls. Loved staying here.
