The house is extremely comfortable and better than the pictures show. Quiet, has air conditioning in all rooms, furniture and decoration is modern and stylish.
There is a garage for one car, under a beautiful pergola where grapes grow. Frontyard is full of plants.
Overall the house is very cozy.
The property owner does not speak English but is very friendly. Communication is possible in English by messaging the owner's daughter or by using a translator in the phone.
House cleaning was 95% good, but some points were missing. The trash bins and some small details in the toilet were not cleaned after previous guests. Not a big problem though, I would definitely stay again in this house despite this. The floors, furniture and bedsheets were pristinely clean.
The house is located in the suburbs and the neighborhood does not look like an ideal place to have a walk at night, a car is needed. To get to the house, it is necessary to navigate in some alleys, as Google Maps cannot properly trace a correct route. It's important to follow the host's instructions to get to the property.
