Monopoly review. This apartment has potential….walkable to old town beach and free parking. A bit of care would make a great stay. However, the manager could learn some basic tips of the hospitality business. Old unmatched “hand me down” towels do not make it; one sheet only on each twin bed does not then made this a second bedroom; two burnt out stove burners and dirty stove top is not acceptable! Air conditioning in front room does not qualify for air conditioning in total….mosquito netting torn and dirty is useless on windows and garbage for recycling bins on patio were not clean and smelled! Okay….a bit of cleaning and repairs and it would/could be nice. Also basics….salt and pepper and toilet paper would be nice!
