It was clean and the bed and pull out sofas were very comfortable. Check in was easy and communication was excellent. Would stay again.
The only thing that they didn’t have were knives and forks and mugs for hot drinks. We didn’t cook in the property so it was ok for us. But would be a suggestion to add to apartment for future stays

The exact location of the main entrance (past an open metal gate) was unclear, and we went to the wrong entrance. The host was slow in responding to our requests for clarification. When we got to the main entrance, we were told to wait for a Concierge, who would meet us in person and give us a key. We waited for over 20 minutes until the host told us to just go to the apartment, since the door might be unlocked. After that 30+ minute delay, we found ourselves in a "3-bed apartment" for which there were no linens at all for either of the two sofa beds, which we required. There was also no soap of any kind in the apartment (and no soap containers of any kind), so no washing of hands was possible.
The "one-bedroom, 3-bed apartment" was clearly not set up as a rental, and the owner was very slow in responding to our complaints. We stood around in the apartment, awaiting a response (or a Concierge) for another 20 minutes, after which the Concierge finally arrived and took us to another, larger (2B/2B) apartment. Everything seemed fine here, except that there were no towels (the bathrooms did have soap). Towels were later delivered, but, we learned in the morning, when we wanted to take showers, that the apartment had no hot water of any kind (even after running the hot setting on the taps for over 10 minutes). And, to top everything else off, while there was a Nespresso coffee maker, with complimentary pods, there were no utensils of any kind (spoons, forks, or knives) anywhere in any drawer, cupboard, or closet, in the entire apartment with which to stir the coffee. Like the original apartment we were directed to, this one did not seem to be set up for renters.
