The ease to get in touch with the room manager (WhatsApp) and the speed with which she replied and matters were taken care of. I also liked the fact that the cleaning lady did my laundry and the fact that towards the end of my stay, I received a towel to dry my hands in the kitchen.
The cockroaches :-( and the fact that the big knife was not sharp.

It’s a great place in a friendly environment with easy access to malls, banks, pharmacies and restaurants.
The house has a fridge, microwave, oven, WiFi connection, kettle, iron box and a water heater. You also have access to the pool and gym.
As a runner I didn’t enjoy walking up the stairs, because I couldn’t use the elevator without the key, when it’s up in the locker. But I later realized that you can ask the guards to use theirs and you go up.
