We stayed for 1 night so we could attend the 02 arena. This was a 30 mins walk from the apartment with 2 kids. Perfect for avoiding the after event grid lock traffic, tube queues etc.
The property was clean, tidy and well presented. There was washing up liquid, sponges, hand soap, cleaning sprays, toilet roll provided which was nice.
There was a few slight issues with our stay but nothing major. It is a small apartment so ok for a couple to stay but we had 2 kids with us so a little cramped. The sofa was different to the pictures and we was expecting a sofa bed but instead there was a foldable mattress that we could lay out on the floor. The toilet is a little close to the bathroom door so if you are tall then you are going to be pressing against the door. The stairs are difficult to climb and abit of a health risk for kids or people with mobility issues. A big annoyance was the bed. It was so creaky that it disrupted everyone’s sleep.
A few improvement suggestions for the owner:
* could do with some more kitchen utensils/cutlery/plates/mugs/oven trays.
* a shelf/mirror in the bathroom to place some items such as toothbrushes etc
* Better curtains to block out the light
* Remove the rug at the top of the stairs as this just slides around and it’s a hazard
* A larger fridge.

I loved how modern and accessible it was. We were attending from a concert at the o2 and it wasn’t even a 30 minute walk! Ideal for what we were after.
We believed the staircases to be a bit unsafe as the steps were very narrow to go down. Could be difficult for older residents. We also had no access to the portable WiFi box.
