Definitely 10 out of 10!
The apartment is completely new. It is spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bed linen and towels are great, and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
A special thank you to Ammar. He is an extremely friendly and welcoming host. He met me on arrival, helped me with my luggage, showed me everything, and explained how everything works. Whenever I had a question or request, he responded very quickly and was always happy to help.
The location is also excellent. It is only about a 5–7 minute walk to the very center of Novi Pazar, while the area itself is quiet and pleasant. The view from the terrace is another huge advantage — you can step outside and enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains, the city, and the houses around you. It is a wonderful place to sit in the morning or in the evening.
Another major plus is the private underground parking. If you are traveling by car, this is incredibly convenient and, from what I have seen, quite rare for apartments in the area.
I honestly could not find any real downside during my stay. I am very happy to give both the apartment and Ammar as a host a 10/10.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Novi Pazar, and I would happily stay here again.

Sve pohvale za apartman! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Apartman je prelep, udoban, moderno i sa ukusom sređen, a pre svega besprekorno čist. Domaćin je za svaku pohvalu – izuzetno ljubazan, korektan i predusretljiv, maksimalno nas je ispoštovao i učinio da se osećamo prijatno. Sve je bilo na najvišem nivou i zaista nemam nijednu zamerku. Definitivno mesto za svaku preporuku i rado ćemo se ponovo vratiti!
