Needs a lot of work

Location was good and host communication was good

Overall maintenance and cleanliness of the property was awful with broken beds, stained chairs, over flowing outside bins. Pictures do not give a truthful view of the property. With the strict rules in place we expected a better quality of house

best part was leaving the following day

nothing really apart from it was close to the pub we were going to, don’t let the pictures fool you when booking this!!

2x broken showers, floors flooded, damp from previous leaks everywhere, really bad stale smell, kitchen unit falling to bits, downstairs shower room floor about to collapse very dangerous, but dining room table packed behind sofa so you couldn’t actually get into kitchen, previous guests rubbish outside, spare laundry bags lying about in the hall, door off its hinges. house needs about 60k spent on it to bring it up to standard would not recommend this highly unsafe property

Overall, we had a perfect stay and couldn’t have asked for much better.

The property was clean and the layout was great. It fit the 12 of us in well, with enough space in the living room and kitchen as well. The host was also very responsive and proactive.

No issues, maybe the downstairs shower could do with some amendment.
