New owners doing a great job. Not fancy, but clean, comfortable and welcoming. The 5.5 rating is not fair - much better than that.

A good location for the town but traffic made it noisy. Nice touches like Prosecco in room. Staff very friendly and keen to help
Rooms need updating, but new owners are planning to do this. Toiletries had already been used and not enough left. Parking a bit problematic. Stayed 2 nights but no room service after first night.
