Staff were very nice. Rooms would have been nice except they were unfinished.

A TV in the room would be nice, a radio at least. Neither were in the room. No telephone in the room. There was no door handle for the bathroom. Half a roll of tp, thank God I had some of my own cause there's no way to call the front desk. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8 pm for some unknown reason. I almost left because it was so devoid of background noise. The only noise was others all around me slamming doors and construction work on both sides of me until about 8pm. Their entire family was there to have me wait to check in for about 10 mins until one employee returned. Not so bad except I walk with a cane and these 3 kids were reenacting the world cup in the lobby. Alot of ball kicking and yelling. That's fine and all but in the lobby? I asked for a quiet room 3rd floor or the like, nope, 1st floor middle of the whole place construction going on above and both sides. That's fine too except no TV no radio. Finally checkout time, no one is in the office or lobby. 15 family members on site and noone in the office at checkout. I'm so not happy. Mainly because there was no TV or radio. That should have been stated before I paid for the room. Surprise! Hated it.
