The bottom line – if you’re hesitating about whether to book, I’m telling you: 1,000% go for it. You will not regret it!!
Until recently, I was in exactly your shoes, looking for a place for a family vacation in Protaras. I wanted to be close to the main strip, but also stay in a brand-new, modern villa. Just like you are doing right now, I read every single review I could find – both the explicit ones and what was written between the lines, here and on other sites.
After reading so much, booking a brand-new place with no existing reviews felt a bit like taking a risk and hoping for the best. Well, that’s exactly what we did – and it paid off hugely!! It was one of the best decisions we made.
We are a family of four, with two girls aged 11 and 12, and we stayed in Villa No. 2. The villa was ready for us ahead of schedule, which was a fantastic and fun start to our trip. And what can I say? When we opened the door, all the pictures from the website simply came to life. Trust me, it looks even more amazing and beautiful in real life!!
All the common worries you usually get from reading reviews of other properties completely disappeared here. For example:
1. “The house doesn’t look like the pictures / feels ‘tired’.” Absolutely not!! The villa is stunning, exactly like the photos. Everything is brand-new, straight out of the box. The appliances and sanitary ware are from high-quality brands, the cabinets are custom-made, the dishes are new, and the flooring is gorgeous. You can clearly see how much care and investment went into this villa.
2. “The pool doesn’t get enough sun.” The villa is perfectly positioned, with great sun exposure from the morning until around 3:00 PM – well into the afternoon.
3. “They don’t clean the pool.” The pool was sparkling clean when we arrived, and a very nice pool cleaner came during our stay to maintain it.
4. “No beach/pool towels.” High-quality, plush towels were provided for each of us.
