L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux et très propre, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. La situation face à la mer est vraiment appréciable et contribue largement au charme du logement.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les attentions d’Ericka et notamment la mise à disposition d'un parasol très pratique pour profiter de la plage quand on est touriste.
Le seul petit bémol concerne le voisinage, parfois assez bruyant la nuit.

We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Erika. The property was lovely, and the hostess was very kind, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated her hospitality and would happily recommend the accommodation.
The only thing we missed was air conditioning, especially during the hot weather. However, this was clearly stated in the Booking.com listing when we made our reservation, so it was not an unexpected issue. It would simply be a welcome addition to make the stay even more comfortable.

L’appartamento, moderno e di nuova costruzione, si trova in una splendida posizione privilegiata proprio di fronte al mare. Il delizioso terrazzino vista mare è perfetto per colazioni, pranzi o cene all’aperto, regalando momenti di autentico relax con un panorama incantevole.

The property in located on the beach and you have amazing view of the beach
On this occasion we ware disturbed but our above neighbours which had some kind of party three nights in a row. Wecouldn’t get any sleep with a young baby. In addition to this I feel that the owners could pay more attention to making the apartment more homely like having a proper sofa in the front room to watch TV and maybe a rug on the floor. Just a little bit more to TLC on the property to bring it up to modern standards. Apart from that the property is large and spacious. They do need to upgrade the hot water systerm this is not always constant and I feel that it needs to be a baby kids in the property.
