About this apartment rental

Just 400 meters from the seaside village of Avola stands the Casa Miramare, ideal for families or groups of families wishing to spend their holidays together. The structure in fact consists of 5 independent apartments, furnished and equipped with all comforts. Apartment 1, of 65 square meters, can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to 2 triple rooms each equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There is also a kitchen / living room complete with sofa, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 veranda furnished with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining. Guests can enjoy the large outdoor area that surrounds the entire structure. There is 1 garden where you can relax in the shade of the 2 large trees that surround it, outdoor showers and private parking. Casa Miramare the perfect place for your holidays! Located in a strategic position, it allows you to walk to the wonderful sandy beaches of Avola and visit in a few minutes by car the most beautiful cities and places of the Val di Noto: Noto, Syracuse, Cavagrande del Cassibile, Marzamemi, etc ...Don't miss this great opportunity. Come to the Casa Miramare!
