Welcome to your spacious Atlanta retreat, perfect for families, groups, extended stays, or weekend getaways. This 4BR/3.5BA home sleeps 8 and features a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, and private backyard with a relaxing hot tub. Enjoy easy access to Downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, dining, nightlife, and top attractions.

Please place all trash in the provided bags and dispose of them in the exterior trash bins. If staying longer than a few days, we appreciate you taking trash out periodically to help keep the home clean and fresh.
🚗 Parking:
Please use the designated parking areas available at the property. Be mindful of neighboring homes, driveways, and any posted city parking regulations. Please do not block sidewalks, driveways, mailboxes, or street access.
❄️ Climate Control:
The home features central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. Atlanta summers can get especially warm, so please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running to help maintain a comfortable temperature inside.
🏡 Please Note – House Rules:
No smoking inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed only if done safely, with proper disposal and no odor entering the home. Violations will result in a remediation fee.
No pets unless approved in advance.
No parties or events. We understand you may have a larger group—please ask first. This is a residential neighborhood, and we must respect our neighbors. A Ring camera is installed at the front entrance for security purposes. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a $1,000 fee.
Please be mindful of parking and avoid blocking neighboring driveways or access points.
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep outdoor and indoor noise at a respectful level during these hours. Noise complaints may result in cancellation of your stay without refund.
Do not move furniture. Moving furniture can scratch floors, damage walls, or cause other unnecessary damage. Repair or replacement costs may be billed if this occurs.
