Located across the Hopkins River bridge In Warrnambool. Just 5 minutes drive from the local shops and 2 minutes from the ocean. We welcome pets, our back yard is fully enclosed and offers a large cage for them to be housed in.

The ground floor entrance welcomes you into the open living area featuring a chefs kitchen, butler pantry, dining and comfortable lounge fitted with a smart TV. The large windows give you a view of the ocean from all areas. The sheltered courtyard allows you to sit by the open fire pit, cook a BBQ and unwind after your days activity.

Toilets - 2 seperate toilets with basins located in the passage way.

Lower level - Second lounge area with free to air TV and Smart TV options. Powder room with toilet and basin.

Garage - Large double car garage with access into the house.

Very quiet neighbourhood located close to the Hopkins River, this is a family orientated area that does not accept loud noise and offensive behaviour.

We live in a family friendly neighbourhood, we have children next door. We ask our guests to be respectful of this and not use the outdoor area after 9pm. We are not a house for parties and any disturbances will be reported to the police and your reservation cancelled without a refund.

We have a fire pity outside which you are welcome to use but it is BYO fire wood and supplies, this can be purchased from a petrol station or IGA.

Unfortunately the original Corten steel outside cladding needed replacing and we have now replaced it with using southerly hue colorbond (new photos to come).

• No parties or events.
• Leave the house as you found it. Extra cleaning fees may apply if left untidy.
• Dishes must be washed and all food scraps placed in the rubbish.
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the property.
• Shoes off at the door, please.
• No food or drinks on the couches.
• Use coasters for hot pots. Damage to the dining table will incur replacement charges.
• Check-in from 3pm / Check-out strictly 10am. Please contact us if you require different times.
• Message host on arrival and departure to assist with staff coordination.
• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Take care with spills on floors to avoid slips and property damage.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly:
• Red lid → General waste
• Purple lid → Glass
• Green lid → Food scraps & garden waste
• Yellow lid → Recycling
• Report any damage immediately. Additional fees may apply.
