Spacious two-story apartment, ideal for families or groups of up to 7 people, conveniently located just a 7-8 minute walk from the train station. The perfect solution for visiting the beautiful Cinque Terre without sacrificing space and comfort.
The rooms are spacious and welcoming. An excellent starting point for exploring the Cinque Terre and Liguria, with all major amenities within easy walking distance, including the center of La Spezia.
The property is about a 7–8 minute walk from the Central Station.
Guests are kindly advised that there are five flights of stairs up to the main entrance of the building.
!!IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING!!
By law, before arrival it is mandatory to complete an online form for guest registration. The form takes about 10 minutes and must be filled out by all travelers.
For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our support service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

La Spezia falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the
Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in
winter , so heating systems may be turned on for a
maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During
this period, a fee of Euro10/day will be applied to
compensate for heating costs for reservations lasting more than 15 days.
Security deposit: A security deposit of Euro100.00 is required to book the property. This amount will be refunded within 5 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and provided no damage or issues are found.
