The Space:

Living room



The bright and spacious living room is designed as a welcoming place to relax after a day out. Large windows bring plenty of natural light into the room, while the comfortable blue sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping area, making the apartment particularly practical for families or groups. The living space also includes a TV and a large dining table with seating for shared meals, breakfasts or evenings together.



Kitchen



The separate kitchen is well arranged and provides everything needed for preparing meals during the stay.

It features a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink and generous worktop space. A coffee machine and kettle are also available.

The kitchen offers plenty of storage and a practical layout for both short and longer stays.



Bedroom



The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed in a calm and relaxing setting. Bedside furniture and lighting complete the space, while the room remains uncluttered.



Bathroom



The bathroom includes a bathtub with an integrated shower, a modern vanity unit, washbasin and mirror.



The Neighborhood:

The neighbourhood is pleasant, lively and safe. There's a local market just below the building, as well as numerous local shops. With good transport links, it's also within easy reach of Paris.



Getting Around:

Nearby, you'll find the Seine Musicale for concerts, the Parc de Saint-Cloud for walks, and the banks of the Seine for nature lovers.



Other Things to Note:

The flat is very quiet.

An identity document (ID card or passport) will be required to finalise the booking. Data can be deleted at the end of your stay, on request.

Your bank details will be requested after booking via a secure form in order to take a bank imprint (no debit will be made).

Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability, and for a supplement of €40.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
