The accommodation is located on Via Cavour, an elegant and historic street in Florence, just a few steps from the Duomo.

🚪 Logistics and Doors:
Two automatic doors control the entrance. After the first access, you will find a set of physical keys for the rest of your stay.

📐 Steps and Accessibility (⚠️ Important):
The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building without an elevator. There are several flights of stairs.

⚜️ During your stay, you can count on maximum privacy, but we will always be happy to assist you. Our co-host team is available nearby from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM for any information or logistical support, as well as ready to reveal the secrets of Florence and our favorite traditional restaurants. For non-urgent communications, we respond very quickly through the platform's chat, while for proven nighttime emergencies, we guarantee phone availability 24/7. We will intervene only upon your request, to ensure you a peaceful stay with full respect for your privacy.

The neighborhood is beautiful, very elegant, the road is one of the main center and the apartment is right next to the Palazzo Medici Riccardi 200 meters from the Duomo and the most important tourist attractions, as well as many fine shops, boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets.

All places of interest are nearby and within walking distance.

To ensure you have a pleasant and hassle-free stay, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following informational notes before your arrival:

📋 Documents and Registration: In accordance with Italian public safety regulations, you will be required to provide a valid identification document for each guest. We will take care of the official registration with the relevant authorities using the provided data.

🚗 Location and ZTL (Very Important): The apartment is located in the historic heart of Florence, within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Those traveling by car must strictly rely on one of the nearby private garages (Garage San Zanobi, Garage Michelangelo, or Garage Centrale). Upon arrival, the garage staff will electronically register your license plate with the Municipality's portal to allow transit and avoid fines.

🤫 Quiet Hours: To ensure respect for the neighborhood and the peacefulness of the condominium environment, we kindly ask you to observe the house rules and quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

♻️ Waste Management: Separate waste collection is preferred and highly appreciated. You will find dedicated roadside collection points near the property where you can conveniently dispose of waste during or at the end of your stay.

🚭 Smoking Policy: The apartment is entirely non-smoking, and as it lacks balconies or private outdoor spaces, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, including windows and common areas of the building.

🔑 Lost or Broken Keys: Please pay maximum attention to the physical keys inside the accommodation. Anyone who breaks or loses the keys will incur a penalty of €30.00.
