Stay in a beautifully restored traditional Demerara home in one of Georgetown’s most prestigious residential neighborhoods. This is our family home, which we make available to guests when we are away, and it combines the character and craftsmanship of traditional Guyanese wooden architecture with the comfort and convenience of a fully renovated modern home.

Guests have exclusive use of three comfortable bedrooms, furnished with three queen beds and one twin bed. The master bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom with shower, while the other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom upstairs.

On the main floor, where you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen, there is also a convenient powder room, so guests do not need to go upstairs to use a toilet while enjoying the main living areas.

The home offers spacious living and dining areas, a large fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, hot water, a washer and dryer, ironing facilities, and secure gated parking.

The property is actually a four-bedroom family home; however, one bedroom is kept locked for our personal belongings and is not included in the rental. All other advertised areas of the home are available for guests to enjoy.

The location is especially convenient for visitors to Georgetown. The house is close to the Embassy district, hospitals, leading hotels, restaurants, cafés and other amenities, while remaining in an established residential neighborhood. Georgetown’s historic sea walls are also nearby.

There are other guest accommodations on the property, so maintaining a peaceful environment is important. Parties, events, gatherings and loud music are not permitted, and only registered guests may stay overnight.

Secure gated parking is shared with guests staying in the other accommodations on the property, so vehicles must be parked considerately without blocking other guests.

Air conditioning is provided throughout the home for your comfort. We simply ask that it be used responsibly and that all units be turned off when rooms are unoccupied or when you leave the property.
