Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom Cottonwood Heights townhome, which features two king beds, two queen beds with twin trundles, and a queen sofa bed, perfect for families or groups. With four bathrooms (including a master bath with a shower and bathtub), guests can enjoy comfort and convenience throughout their stay. Gather in the main-floor living room, basement TV & game room with a Pac-Man arcade game, or on the deck with a hot tub with a Wasatch mountain view. You can whip up a hearty meal or apres-ski in the chef's kitchen or grill on the deck. Entire property renovated in 2026 with new appliances.
Perfect central location between the canyons with gorgeous alpine hikes, walking distance from the ski bus, 20 min from 4 world-class ski resorts, close to downtown Salt Lake City, 25 min from SLC airport, 40 min from Park City, and within a few hours of the Big 5 national parks. Garage with extra parking in the community.

Parking is in a covered garage, or on the drive way. The garage measures 228" x 224". The garage accommodates our Telluride, but longer cars will not fit. Around the corner is a small lot that guests can use at their convenience for up to 72 hours a time. It's great for full-size trucks and camper vans.
