Step outside onto your private deck and unwind in the hot tub, or relax beside the propane fire pit with four comfortable outdoor chairs. Upstairs guests also have their own designated portion of the backyard.

About the property -

This listing is for the private upstairs portion of the home only. The downstairs is a separate guest space with its own private entrance and indoor living areas. There are no shared indoor spaces between upstairs and downstairs guests.

Because this is a two-level home, you may occasionally hear normal household noise from downstairs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM–7 AM for everyone’s comfort.
Please note that the upstairs does not currently include a washer or dryer.

Parking and EV charging are shared with downstairs guests. Three street parking spaces are available near the home, along with one driveway space designated for EV charging. Each reservation is limited to a maximum of two vehicles.

Lake City offers a nice balance of a peaceful residential setting while still keeping you well connected to the rest of Seattle — a great home base for relaxing after a day of exploring.
