Accessibility Notice:
Please note that this studio is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the studio is via a staircase with approximately 20 relatively narrow steps, and there is no elevator. Guests should consider this when booking to ensure the accommodation meets their accessibility needs.

To help ensure a smooth and secure check-in, we will send your arrival instructions after we have received your completed guest registration form and signed house rules agreement.

Once these requirements have been completed, you'll receive everything you need for your stay, including check-in details, property access instructions, and other important arrival information.

Public transport: Local buses connect Wouw to Bergen op Zoom and Roosendaal, where you can access national and international train services.

*Where required by local regulations, any applicable city or tourist tax must be paid before check-in.
*Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
*All guests must complete the online check-in form and provide accurate information before arrival.
*Any form of paid sexual activity, prostitution, or other commercial sexual services on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
