• The villa is at its best with a maximum of 12 guests - anything beyond that becomes too lively for it (and the neighbors) 😉
• This place is made for relaxation, the sound of the sea, and good conversation - not for wild parties or large events.
• We live here in harmony with our neighbors, nature, and the sea breeze - please help us preserve this special atmosphere.
🐾 Pets – affectionate, but with etiquette
• Small to medium-sized four-legged friends are welcome, provided they behave like true gentlemen and our paradise remains clean and undamaged 🐕

• Quad tours, beach horseback riding & excursions
• Cleaning service, childcare, BBQ chef, fresh coconuts daily
• Kitesurfing, surfing & SUP – lessons and rentals
• ...or a bouncy castle so all the adults can relax (yes, really 😄)
