Villa Minerva is the perfect place for your holiday in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia. Located in Palau, in a private residential area, it offers spectacular panoramic sea views over the La Maddalena Archipelago, Caprera, and the Garibaldi residences. The location is ideal for reaching the most beautiful beaches, famous spots, and venues of Costa Smeralda, as well as for visiting the La Maddalena Archipelago.
The villa covers about 250 m² and accommodates up to 10 guests. It is set in a 1,500 m² garden with lawn and native plants, two shaded parking spaces, and private parking inside the property. Inside, there are four bedrooms: three with double beds (two with en-suite bathrooms) and one with two single beds, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, and three bathrooms, each with a hydromassage shower. The bedrooms have access to private outdoor verandas. The large kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort.
Interiors are spacious and comfortable, featuring handcrafted Costa Smeralda furnishings, white leather sofas, crystal tables, and valuable antiques. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the three double bedrooms and the living room, heating, hot and cold drinking water, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large TV, and outdoor barbecue.
In the garden, there is a wellness area with a SPA pool featuring hydromassage (with heated water) and counter-current swimming, available for an extra fee. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. The property is under video surveillance in outdoor areas only. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The property is accessible without architectural barriers and has step-free interiors.
