L'appartement est confortable, bien aménagé et joliment décoré. Le mobilier et l'équipement de la cuisine sont de haut de gamme. L'environnement est très agréable, calme et verdoyant, avec en plus une piscine.

Situé dans une zone résidentielle très calme. Très bon accueil discret mais très convivial. Très bon équipement fonctionnel de la pièce à vivre.
Il manque une penderie dans les chambres et donc de rangement pour les vêtements . Il serait je pense assez simple de transformer l’existant et optimiser ces espaces.

Situation géographique, cuisine bien équipée, luminosité de l'appartement.
Manque d'étagère pour poser les affaires (salle de bain), des patères pour accrocher des vestes, gilets, impossible de ranger des habits pour é personnes dans l'armoire de la chambre (appartement pour 4 personnes), odeurs de renfermé.

El edificio y el exterior (jardines, mobiliario y piscina) muy cuidados. El menaje del apartamento era nuevo.
Apartamento pequeño para 5 adultos, el sofá-cama es pequeño, no caben dos adultos y tampoco una persona alta.
