Da vista e do layout do apartamento
Quero que a booking me reembolse as diárias, inclusive o locador nos deu um desconto de 350 dólares por causa da internet. Até aí concordamos, os primeiros dias foi duro, depois colocou de novo modem e funcionou meio mal durante toda estadia, sem acesso a TV. Falhava. Falta de comunicação das amenities que o prédio tinha. E por último o que mais nos desgostou é por isso quero ressarcimento. Ontem acordamos às 8:00, tomamos café e fomos pegar o elevador e Descobrimos que estavam estragados, e que não iam ficar prontos antes das 13:00, bom começou o problema, o apartamento era no 46, e não tem elevador de serviço. Logo a única solução para pegar o avião às 12:00 em Newark, era ter que descer até o andar 30, pois ali o hotel que vai até 30 Andar tem Elevadores de serviço, ou seja 16 andares, eu tenho uma prótese na perna, e não posso fazer esse tipo de esforço, eu tenho 60 anos e minha esposa tem 56, tínhamos 4 malas de 18 kg. Minha esposa teve que descer 1 vez para saber tudo isso, e subir e depois desceu e subiu mais 3 vezes com essas malas, essa função
Demorou 1 hora, além dela ficar toda suada e ter que viajar assim, na verdade não sei de onde ela tirou forças. Chegamos em cima do lance, um stress.
E se não tivéssemos pego e ficássemos esperando o elevador, que não ficou pronto, teríamos um prejuízo de quase 5.000 dólares. Logo tivemos que nos prestar a uma situação desgastante, quase impossível e pagando uma grana pra essa propriedade que não tem condições de locar, já que nos disseram que não era primeira vez que isso já aconteceu. Por isso peço o reembolso integral desse período. Nós stressamos e nós desgastamos, estávamos de férias, e ficamos toda hora brabos por causa disso. O local maravilhoso, mas essas coisa nos mataram.
Inclusive a entrada, vindo de um voo tivemos que esperar das 10h até as 16h para poder entrar no apto, o Locador falou, mas o apartamento até eu limpava em 2h. Falta bons prestadores de serviço.

O apartamento é lindooo e muito bem decorado, tem várias estações de metrô por perto, então foi muito fácil pra ir pra toda parte de nyc. Foi uma alegria enorme encontrar esse lugar, já quero voltar de novo!
O quarto fica um pouco escuro a noite por não tem luzes no teto, só abajures.
