The house is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and conceived with great taste. Modern but still not disruptive with the local atmosphere, the cutest details are everywhere to be found and you can tell they have put a lot of love into it. Great bedding, great bathrooms, big, beautiful spacious rooms.
The staff was also amazing. Wiwin, the lovely housekeeper, made me feel at home from the begining and went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable. The beach is super near and you can find nice little spots to eat and hang out in the surrounding areas. I really enjoyed my days at House of Coco. Absolutely recomend it!
The only reason I don’t give it a 10/10 is because some spaces of the house (garden and kitchen) are not quite finished yet and there is work in process still that can make it a little noisy and take away a little the sense of privacy. There are no kitchen appliances yet to cook, so you have to eat outside.
I’ m sure this is a momentary issue that will be over soon and the house will be just perfect.
On this regard, I have to aknowledge that Mattia, the owner, seems very much aware of this which is why he established a fee that was acording to the situation for the time being which seems very honest and professional.
Bottom line: loved House of Coco.

Lo único malo que puedo decir es que habían mosquitos que entraban por el baño ya que hay una parte abierta. Pero lo resolvieron muy rápido

A wonderful place to stay. The facilities are new, and exceptionally clean, and the surrounding area is beautiful. It’s a fantastic place to visit with your partner, friends, or family. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Location is great , away from traffic yet close enough to walk to the beach. Nestled in between the trees. Nice place for a romantic getaway or to have a few friends. Internet was solid enough to handle my work needs. Could see this as a great long term stay if needed time away to have some peace.
Very reasonably priced for what you receive. Very clean and well appointed.
The place is quite new and the plants are establishing themselves. Would love to come back to see the vision of the landscaper come to full glory over time.
