I found the bed was uncomfortable and the duvet too thick for summer use. Two nights I slept on the couch.
The stairs were difficult for my wife. The coasters are for the polished services.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The views from the balcony were sensational, and we very much enjoyed sitting out there, late into the night and the early morning. It felt like home to us. The hosts were very accommodating about allowing our dog, too. We were very sorry to have to leave after one night, but we will certainly book it again. We absolutely loved it, and we've already pointed a couple of friends towards it. Fabulous
You can't help the narrow lanes. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this place. The village of Lympstone seems very well appointed, and the property is very close to Exeter, Exmouth, Dawlish, and Teignmouth.

What an amazing apartment with stunning views of the estuary one side and the country side the other. Love balcony.. to enjoy the view.. it was perfect thank you
