The apartment is very accessible, walking distance to the most important landmarks and the "core" of Brașov-city - Piata Sfatului - , in the heart of the Old Town ("Schei"), near the Unirii square, where you can find bars, restaurants, grocery stores Etc.
We arrived late in the evening, but getting in was super-easy. Even if the hosts doesn't offer a parking spot, it wasn't hard to find one to park for the whole stay, considering that in the Central Brasov parking is a problem (maybe we were lucky?)
The apartment is located in a common / shared courtyard, all the windows facing the courtyard. This is not a problem, it's very quiet, nice neighbors and you have at the front door a cozy table and chairs, to enjoy the coffee in the morning, outside.
It is a 2-stories flat, very well and modern equipped, 2 x large beds, 2 x TV sets, hi-speed Internet, fridge, washing machine, oven + induction cooktop, coffee maker (espresso) + dishes, cutlery and and kitchen-ware - all quality. Very clean, towels, pillows, bed linen Etc. at hand. (We enjoyed the Espresso coffee machine, and coffee tabs were provided for free and liked the board-games we found there :) ).
The communication with the host was fast, prompt and reliable.
We highly recommend this property!
I don't say "I didn't liked it", just some suggestions: It would be great to have full blinds at the windows (in lieu of the half blinds).
An up-to-date notice: The property is under renovation right now, the exterior is scaffolded and partially covered, some materials are being stored in the yard. Of course, this is only temporary, but don't let it discourage you and it won't disturb your stay in the slightest.
